What does it say about a civilization when the children need “experts” to teach them how to play at recess?
Actually, the story tells us that these experts are there to “bring order to recess”. So, beyond the observation that there is indeed one born every minute but they can always find employment in education, add one about the undesirability of imposing order at all times.
