Been a couple of busy days. Here’s the good word:
- Been on a couple of job interviews, no word yet.
- I’m definitely going to be at the Democratic National Convention starting Monday. I’ll be blogging from the convention (and sometimes from the surrounding Denver area), with a daily liveblog. You should be able to read it from the Pajamas Media Home Page.
- I also just applied for a job at the local Apple store as a “genius”, a personal shopper, a specialist, or a concierge. No, this isn’t a sign of desperation: I really like hanging around the Apple store, everyone I’ve met there has been fun, although most of them were born after my favorite shoes. This is a social experiment: go out, see people.
- I’m going to inaugurate a new little service, called “Ask Charlie Anything.” It will start with the Convention, where I’ll be soliciting other people’s ideas for things to look at, look into, and look under at the DNC, but if it works out I’ll continue it.
